Shinhwa’s Kim Dong Wan is Casted for Shin Yeon Sik’s New Human Right Movie

Shinhwa’s Kim Dongwan is establishing himself as a credible actor in Korea. Only in 2015, he had filmed for short movie ‘Springtime Fantasy’, movie ‘ Glory Days’, and now he is choosen to act in omnibus human right movie ‘‘과대망상자들’ (translated as Megalomaniac or Delusion of Grandeur) which is directed by Shin Yeon Sik.

In ‘Springtime Fantasy’ he worked with Choi Philip and Fuji Mina. While in the ongoing movie ‘Glory Days’, he work with young star actor, Ji Soo, EXO’s Suho and many more. On his third movie project this year, he is casted as the lead of omnibus human right movie ‘‘과대망상자들’ . The movie which Kim Dongwan starred, is a ‘Human Rights Film Project’ which begun in 2002 and now is their third movie.

Kim Dongwan put  a lot of interest in human rights. He is widely known for his concern about people in needs and studied for transsexual people on his Musical ‘Hedwig’. Kim Dongwan had starred movies and drama with wide genres. He has been act as a lover, as a nice guy, as a poet/ Korean independence activist, as an investigator, as a rock star and so on. His new role in the human right movie will be anticipated a lot by fans.

Related to Chinese company lawsuit for them, ShinCom Entertainment as home for SHINHWA and as co-defendant release official statement on May 27. They wrote about their position in this lawsuit. It has to be said that ShinCom as company of Shinhwa had appoint HanShin Entertainment, a Korean agency, to handle ‘Shinhwa Asian Tour Concert 2015’ in region 1 (China). Later, HanShin Entertainment had signed contract with two China local agencies, Shanghai Lan Chen Communication Cultural Pte Ltd dan Shanghai Rui Yang Cultural Communications Pte Ltd, and succeed holding Shinhwa concert in Shanghai. Still, regarding Beijing concert, HanShin Entertainment informed ShinCom Entertainment that the two local companies could not meet requirement on the contract but still show their strong desire to become promoter for Beijing Concert.

ShinCom Entertainment as representative of Shinhwa, said that they don’t want to dissappoint Chinese and Asian fans who have waited patiently for Shinhwa Asian Tour. They tried to understand Hanshin Entertainment’s situation and wait for further progress.

Also, ShinCom Entertainment will file a claim for bringing name  ‘SHINHWA’ in the lawsuit because it brings damage to Shinhwa as Hallyu star. They are also asking apologies for these inconvenience.

Breaking News! Shincom and Shinhwa is Sued by Chinese Companies Regarding Shinhwa Asian Tour 2015

On May 26, Chinese Media, Shina, released a shocking news for Shinhwa fans that their idol is sued by two Chinese Company regarding ‘Shinhwa Asia Concert Tour”. Shanghai Lan Chen Communication Cultural Pte Ltd dan Shanghai Rui Yang Cultural Communications Pte Ltd, two local company who had signed contract with HanShin Entertainment regarding ‘Shinhwa Asia Concert Tour” sued HanSHin Entertainment, Beijing Chun Qiu Yong Le Communications Cultural Pte Ltd, Shincom Entertainment (company of Shinhwa), and member of Shinhwa for contract violation. Haiding Distict Court,  Beijing, has accepted the charge.

Shanghai Lan Chen Communication Cultural Pte Ltd dan Shanghai Rui Yang Cultural Communications Pte Ltd as litigants believe that they are being aggrieved because HanShin Entertainment without contract modification, appoint third party to arrange ‘Shinhwa Asian Tour 2015’ in China after Shinhwa ‘ASIAN Tour’ first concert in Shanghai successfully held.

HanShin Entertainment as concert agency appointed by ShinCom Entertainment on March 10, has chosen two local company, litigants, as China local promote. However after Shanghai concert, they chosen Beijing Chun Qiu Yong Le Communications Cultural Pte Ltd as local promoter. Litigants believe this matter cause them loss huge amount of money and asking defendant to pay $USD 2,000,000 (12,000,000 RMB).

ShinCom Entertainment and Shinhwa members become co-defendant to assert these demand.

Springtime Fantasy Starring Kim Dongwan Became one of Korean Most Wanted Film in Cannes Festival

Le Merche ‘du Film Festival de Cannes  will presents numerous movies from all over the world. The world prestige festival of film is annually held in Cannes,  France and not every film may be broadcasted in this festival,  only qualified film will be presented. Korea will present four movie, there are ‘A Man and Woman’s directed by Lee Yoonki, ‘Beauty Inside’ directed by Director Baek,  ‘Stop’ directed by Kim Kiduk and  ‘Springtime Fantasy’ directed by Jo Sungkyu.

Hollywood official reporter choose ‘Springtime Fantasy’ as Korean most wanted film to watch. Produced by Bori Picture, the film is starred by actor and singer, Kim Dongwan, actor Choi Phillip and Fuji Mina.

‘Springtime Fantasy’  is produced to commemorate rock festival in Incheon. Rock Festival of  Incheon Pentaport had its 10th anniversary. The film tells story about a staff of Incheon Pentaport  Festival who have dream to be onstage Singer but unfortunately he could not realise his dream.

Kim Dongwan plays a Rock Festival staff member who once dreamed of singing onstage but never realized his dream. Choi Philip and Mina Fuji become co-stars of this film. Outside Cannes Festival, the film itself receive so much attention in Korea. Actor Kim Dongwan took a special place for this attention since he gained more  popularity from variety show ‘I Live Alone’.

Shinhwa’s Kim Dongwan Appear on Radio Program FM4U

Shinhwa’s member Kim Dongwan is busy coloring MBC television and radio programs. After appearing on MBC ‘I Live Alone’ and “Radio Star”, Kim Dongwan is prepared to be on MBC’s radio program, FM4U. Through CI Entertainment, his label for individual activities, they announced appearance of Kim Dongwan on the radio program from 18 May to 24 May. The singer and actor, Kim Dongwan will appear for FM 4U <Hold On> segment. It will broadcasted on 10:56 am, 7:56 pm, 9:56 pm.

They also asked people to listen to Dj Deng’s voice (his nickname for the old radio program) three times a day. Before this program, Kim Dongwan was hosting a radio program called Kim Dongwan ‘1010Club’.

Shinhwa’s Kim Dongwan Shared Juicy Info About His Girlfriends

Shinhwa’s Kim Dongwan continues his story about his girlfriends. Recently on MBC’s Radio Star, the singer and actor, Kim Dongwan shared his experiences with his ex girlfriend. He said he used to date in public, for example he visited MC Yoon Jong Shin’s cafe with her girlfriend. He explained to Yoon Jong Shin that he told Yoon Jong Shin’s wife to not identify him as celebrity Kim Dongwan so people did not recognize his relationship. He also revealed that he had broken with his ex, last year before he go to Canada to learn english.

This is not the first time, he gave us juicy info about his dating life. On MBC’s reality show ‘I Live Alone’, he opened stories about his ex girlfriend. When “I Live Alone’s member Joon Hyun Moo asked him what was response from Dongwan’s friends about his live on I Live Alone, Dongwan answered by saying his ex calling him to tell that she understand now why Dongwan was so busy. On the other episode of ‘I Live Alone’, Dongwan revealed that he dated numerous girlfriend and some of them are top star in Korean showbiz.

On previous interviews from Shinhwa’s album ‘We’ promotion. He said that he wants to get married soon and his mother already give him warning to marry before next year.

Kim Dongwan is Crazily Dance EXID’s ‘Up and Down’

Shinhwa’s member Kim Dongwan held a housewarming party for all members of MBC variety show “I Live Alone”. He invited “I Live Alone” members to his house at Pyeongchang-dong, Seoul. He gave them full joy by dancing the hot dance EXID’s Up & Down as members asked him to show off some talent. He play the song and confidently did cover dance of EXID’s Up & Down. He also shocked the rest members when two female back dancers appear. He did the cover dance so well until it shocked “I Live Alone” members.

This is was not his first cover of EXID’s ‘Up & Down’ dance.  He covered the dance on Shinhwa’s 17th Concert at Seoul with Shinhwa other members. With showing his muscled arms, he unexpectedly covered the dance so perfect.

I Live Alone Got Their New Member Kim Dongwan

MBC I Live Alone

I live alone is Korean new variety show on MBC. The program has been captivating people with idol daily activity, show how idol who live alone living their normal life. It hosted by Kim Gwang Gyu (actor), Jun Hyun Moo (MC), Yuk Jungwan (Musician), Kangnam (Entertainer), now gain new member Kim Dongwan, member of Shinhwa. As we know that Shinhwa is coming back this year with their new album ‘WE’. They are finished their promotion and now each member are busy with their own activity like Kim Dongwan who joined variety show ‘I Live Alone’.

On previous episode, Kim Dongwan showed his brick house which placed at rich area Pyeongchang-dong, Seoul and show his fancy car a black Porsche 911 Carrera 4S. He also showed his daily life, from morning wake up till the dawn. He entertained ‘I Live Alone’ viewers with various activity from fixing his backbone on special bed, making breakfast, going to his doctor friend, playing with helicam, and also playing with his young friend. The rest ‘I Live Alone’ member said that he has so much to do in one day and make them curious about how he done so many activities in one day.

Shinhwa’s Kim Dongwan 1st episode was entertained people and it was trending topic on social media. The rest member proposed him to become new member of ‘I Live Alone’ program. It was confirmed  that Kim Dongwan become fix member of ‘I Live Alone’. His second episode was aired last week.
